Follow Friday




Q. Talk about the book that most changed or influenced your life (was it a book that turned you from an average to avid reader, did it help you deal with a particularly difficult situation, does it bring you comfort every time you read it?).

A. I think that the series that turned me from an average reader to an avid reader would definitely have to be J.R Wards Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I absolutely adored that series and found my love of paranormal romance. I also feel that Richelle Meads The Vampire Academy was the series that started my love for YA.  The book that I will always read over and over again would be The Giver by Lois Lowry this novel changed my view of the written word when I was in grade school.

  8. Hi, I'm a new follower! Just LOVE your blog design, and, of course, your content, too!

    I have the first three books of the Vampire Academy series on my TBR pile. I've heard a lot about "The Giver", so I'll have to add that one, as well.

    As for J.R. Ward, I haven't heard of this author, but will definitely check him/her out!
