Review: The Eternal Ones by Kirsten Miller

The Eternal Ones (Eternal Ones, #1)

Goodreads Blurb:
Haven Moore can't control her visions of a past with a boy called Ethan, and a life in New York that ended in fiery tragedy. In our present, she designs beautiful dresses for her classmates with her best friend Beau. Dressmaking keeps her sane, since she lives with her widowed and heartbroken mother in her tyrannical grandmother's house in Snope City, a tiny town in Tennessee. Then an impossible group of coincidences conspire to force her to flee to New York, to discover who she is, and who she was.
In New York, Haven meets Iain Morrow and is swept into an epic love affair that feels both deeply fated and terribly dangerous. Iain is suspected of murdering a rock star and Haven wonders, could he have murdered her in a past life? She visits the Ouroboros Society and discovers a murky world of reincarnation that stretches across millennia. Haven must discover the secrets hidden in her past lives, and loves¸ before all is lost and the cycle begins again

My Thoughts:
Haven Snivley has never been a normal girl. Growing up in a very small town in Tennessee, Haven has grown up with visions of a life that was not hers. Of a love that she has never met but she knows that the man named Ethan  in her vision is the love of her life and the woman Constance in her visions is her. She doesn't know how its possible because she dreams of a life that happened over a hundred years ago.

Her grandmother swears that she is possessed by a demon and in Haven's small town she is an outcast. Her only friend Beau is her lifeline until she gets out of her small minded town. She knows that she needs to go to New York to fulfill her destiny and find her one true love. She does not know how it is possible but she knows that she has been reincarnated and so has Ethan. When her entire town turns on her, Haven runs away to New York and finds Iain Morrow a famous playboy who is Ethan reincarnate.

But Haven't happily ever after is turned upside down when vicious accusations of murder and a secret society known as the Obourous Society which was originally started for those who have been reincarnated to find themselves and learn to remember their past lives turn out to be a front for illegal activity for the rich and famous, Haven soon begins to realize that her and Iain are not the only ones coming back. Monsters from her previous lives and situations that she has already lived through seem to be repeating themselves.

Determined to figure out who Iain Morrow really is and why they keep following each other from one life to the next Haven finds herself trapped between being with her one true love and finding out the truth about her past life.

I cannot rave enough about The Eternal Ones. A fascinating story of true love and soul mates that transcends through time over thousands of years. A mysterious and compelling tale of reincarnation. Trusting yourself and your heart.

I loved The Eternal Ones. I could not stop reading it. The story of Haven and Iain is an unforgettable love story that literally transcends through time. No matter what happens in their previous lives they always manage to find each other again. This story lets me believe that no matter what happens, your one true love will always find you.

Absolutely riveting a must read for those who love a mystery filled with danger, suspense and amazing romance.

I Give This 5/5 Hearts!
