Goodreads Synopsis:
Nikki Beckett could only watch as her boyfriend, Jack, sacrificed himself to save her, taking her place in the Tunnels of the Everneath for eternity — a debt that should’ve been hers. She’s living a borrowed life, and she doesn’t know what to do with the guilt. And every night Jack appears in her dreams, lost and confused and wasting away.

Desperate for answers, Nikki turns to Cole, the immortal bad boy who wants to make her his queen — and the one person least likely to help. But his heart has been touched by everything about Nikki, and he agrees to assist her in the only way he can: by taking her to the Everneath himself.

Nikki and Cole descend into the Everneath, only to discover that their journey will be more difficult than they’d anticipated — and more deadly. But Nikki vows to stop at nothing to save Jack — even if it means making an incredible sacrifice of her own.

In this enthralling sequel to Everneath, Brodi Ashton tests the bonds of destiny and explores the lengths we’ll go to for the ones we love.

My Thoughts:
Oh My God. Just when you think there are no more surprises BAM Brodi throws you for a loop yet again.

My head is still reeling from the epic turn of events that unfold in Everbound. So many twists and turns that made my head hurt. To say I loved it is an understatement. The love and bond that NIkki and Jack share is one for the record books. Their love knows no bounds, literally. Nikki will stop at nothing to bring her true love back to the surface.

She finds an unlikely ally in Cole. Just when you think Cole cannot become more selfish and when you think that he may have changed, he shows his true colors. I was starting to like Cole I really was. I was going through the hole rooting for the underdog but of course he had to go and ruin it.

There is not one bad thing that I can say about Everbound. It is masterfully written and heartbreakingly romantic. This is a true tale of never giving up. Twists and turns and deceipt and betrayal of the utmost level will leave you begging for more.

The cliffhanger at the end of Everbound will leave you wanting to pull your hair out or at least I did. The villians are so great that you can't help but love and heart them at the same time. Bravo Mrs Ashton Bravo!

  1. I have a soft spot for Cole so I can't wait to see what he does in this book. I do hope she is able to bring Jack back and fully figure out who she wants to be with and what her feelings are for each of the guys.

Thanks for the great review, glad you liked the story. :)
